Need TV Repair Services in Nairobi?
Certified technicians dispatched to you — same day.
Your Samsung restarts on its own — sometimes once a day, sometimes every few minutes. Spontaneous restarts are disruptive and often indicate a worsening problem that won't resolve on its own. Call 0723763173 and let our Nairobi technicians find the cause before it gets worse.
Why Does Your Samsung Keep Restarting?
- Failing battery — an ageing battery with inconsistent voltage output causes the phone to reset when power delivery dips below the required threshold
- Overheating — the processor triggers an automatic restart as a thermal protection measure
- Software fault or corrupt system file — a bad app or corrupted OS file causes repeated system crashes
- Bad third-party app — a recently installed app is destabilising the system; try Safe Mode to test this
- Physical damage — a drop can damage solder joints on the motherboard, causing intermittent power faults
- Loose battery connector — on some Samsung models the battery connector can loosen over time, causing momentary power interruptions that trigger restarts
Testing in Safe Mode
Restart the phone in Safe Mode (hold Power, long-press "Power Off" to enter Safe Mode). In Safe Mode, all third-party apps are disabled. If the phone stops restarting in Safe Mode, a third-party app is the culprit — uninstall recently added apps one by one.
If restarts continue in Safe Mode, it's a system-level or hardware fault.
Our Restart Fault Repair
We test battery health, run a thermal check, inspect for physical damage, and diagnose software faults. Battery replacement resolves the majority of spontaneous restart cases.
